JANE CASTRICONE, defendants, under Index No. 92-3036, foreclosing

County Clerk' s Office on 05/27/87 in Liber 12910 mp 358 in pur-
suance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated 11/10/93, and
entered on 12/14/93 in the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
County of Suffolk; AND
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand and 00/100
($ 115 000.00 ) Dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, being the highest sum bid at
the sale under said Judgment, does hereby convey and grant unto the
party of the second part, the following real property:
