York, on a map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by
Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. , situate in the Town of Southold,
Long Island, New York", surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
C. E. , and Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y. , and filed in the Office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, August 16, 1922, File No. 156;
designated as Lot No. 168 and part of Lot 169 which said lot and part
of lot when taken together are more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly side of Nassau Point
Road, said point being where the division line between Lots 167 and
168 on the above map intersect the said westerly side of Nassau Point
Road; running thence South 780 36' 50" West along said last mentioned
division line 375 feet to the easterly side of Wunneweta Road; thence
northerly along the easterly side of Wunneweta Road along the line of
an irregular curve a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to the div-
ision line between Lots 168 and 169 on the above map; thence North 78'
36' 50" East along said last mentioned division line 195 feet; thence
North 110 23' 10" West through said Lot 169, 99.93 feet to the division
line between Lots 169 and 170 on the above map; thence North 78° 36'
50" East along said last mentioned division line 238.04 feet to the

Karlson and Katherine M. Karlson, his wife, to George W. Matthews, Jr.
