in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 16,
1962 as Map File No. 3683, Abstract File No. 4156, which said Lot
is more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southeast-
erly side of Midwood Road and the northeasterly side of Eastwood .
Drive; RUNNING THENCE North 50° 03' 20" East along the said south-
easterly side of Midwood Road 151.35 feet, to land now or formerly
of Besemer; THENCE South 32° 18' 00" East along last mentioned land

on the aforeoid filed map; THENCE South 57° 42' 00" West along the
last mentioned division line 150 feet to the northeasterly side of
