first above described, northerly about 3585 feet to New Suffolk
Avenue.
ALSO with a right of way over said 25 foot right of way known as
"Reeve Avenue" from the southeasterly corner of the premises first
above described southerly about 70 feet to a 30 foot right of way .
(hereinafter known as the "second 30 foot right of way") .
ALSO with a right of way over the "first 30 foot right of way" from :
the northwesterly corner of the premises southerly about 147 feet
to said "second 30 foot right of way".
ALSO with a right of way over said "second 30 foot right of way"
from said 25 foot right of way known as "Reeve Avenue" westerly
abodt 435 feet to a strip of land 60.5 feet wide at its northerly
end where it adjoins the southerly line of said "second 30- foot
right of way" and 95 feet, more or less , wide at its southerly
end of ordinary bighwater mark of Peconic Bay.
ALSO with a right of way over said strip of land last hereinabove . -
described said strip of land lying between land now or formerly

SUBJECT to a mortgage now a valid first lien on the premises held
