BETWEEN ROBERT H, JONES and LORETT4 J, JONES, his wife, residing

party of the first part,and WILTER SUJESKI, JR. and BERNICE SUJESKI, his wife,

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the northeasterly side of Pine
Street distant South 54 deg. 341 2011 East as m asnred along the north-
easterly side of Pine Street 100 feet from an iron pipe set at the
point of intersection of the northeasterly side of Pine Street with
the southeasterly side of Youngs ovenue; running thence from said
point of beginning North 39 deg. 291 20" Beat 150 feet to another iron
pipe; running thence South 54 deg. 341. 2011 East 128 feet to another
iron pipe; running thence South 39 deg. 291 20" West 150 feet to
another iron pipe set in the northeasterly side of Pine Street; running
thence North 54 deg. 34' 20" West along the northeasterly side of Pine
Strget 128 feet to the iron pipe set at the point or place of beginning.
Said premises being generally bounded southerly by Pine Street;
westerly by lend of one Cox; Northerly by the respective lands of
Staron and Laubengeiger; and eeaterlg by land heretofore conveyed
by Robert Jones, one of the parties of the first part, to Harold Jones
and Clare Jones, his wife.
