BEGINNING at a concrete minument set on the northeasterly corner of the
premises herein described, said.monument being on the westerly line of

51' 40" East 200 feet from a poiht on the southerly side of the Main Road
marking the northwest corner of land of the ESTATE OF ALICE H.tV. BOUTCHER:

along said land of the ESTATE OP` ALICE H.-IV. BOUTCIIER, 150 feet to a con-
crete monument and the northerly side of a right of way 33 feet in width;
RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of said right of way South 480
00' West 75 feet to a concrete monument and other land of JOHN liV. BUUTCEER
RUNNING THENCE alon said land of JOHN W. BOUTCHER, two courses and dis-
tances as follows: t1) North 570 51' 40 . East 146.39 feet to a concrete mo
ument; thence (2) North 450 18' 50" EaSt 74.09 feet to the concrete mon-
ument and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with aright of way for access between said premises and the
Main Road, said right. of way running along the southerly side of said prem
ises and in a westerly direction and thence in a Northwesterly direction
and thence in a northerly direction to the Main Road; said right of way ,
being 33 feet in. width as it runs in a westerly .'and northwesterly directio

570 04' 40" YVest 154.94 feet along said land of JOHN+V. BOUTCHER to a con-
crete monument and the easterly side of said 25 foot right of way: Said
25 foot right of way thence running between lands of JOHN L. SNLES on
the west and CLARA DALE on the east to the Main Road;
IT BEING UNDERSTOOD, however, that the party of the first part is under no
obligation or liability for keeping open or maintaining said right of way.
