BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the southwestorly corner
of the promises herein described and on the northerly line of a 30 foot
right of way on land of Stanley I Nlauglos and on the easterly line of
land heretofore conveyedby said Stanley I. Naugles to John Troyan;
RUNNING THENCE along said easterly line of land of John Troyan, north
21. degrees 33 minutes 'west 200 feat; more: or less, and passing through
a concrtoto monument near the shore of Mattituck Inlet, to said Mattituck
Inlet;
