in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January
19 , 1949, as Map No. 1672 , said Lots when taken together being
more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Summit Drive, said
point of beginning being where the division line between lots 77
and 78 in Block 5 as shown on the above mentioned map intersects
the northerly side of Summit Drive ; RUNNING THENCE from said point
of beginning , South 67 degrees 461 5011 'Jest along the northerly
side of Stu*uait Drive 164. 14 feet to the extreme easterly end of
the curve connecting the Easterly side of Miriam Road with the
northerly side of Summit Drive ; THENCE Northeasterly along said
last mentioned curve bearing to the right having a radius of 40

side of Miriam Road ; THENCE along the easterly and Southeasterly
side of Miriam Road the following two courses and distances :
