which said parts of lots when taken together, are bounded and
described as follows ;

side of Pine Tree Road distant easterly 300.27 feet from the corner
formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Pine Tree Ro,.d
and the easterly side of Pine Tree Road North 64 31 ' 2011 East
100.05 feet to a concrete monument and the westerly line of land
cf Bollman; theace along said westerly line of land of Bollman

23 501 West 212 .56 feet to the southerly side, of Pine Tree Road ,
at the point or place of beginning.

parties of the first part in and to Pine Tree Road in front of and
abutting said premises to the center line thereof.
