Loop) where the same is intersected by the northerly side of Lot 280 on said
map; running thence South 77 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West along the
northerly side of said lot No. 280, 228 feet to the high water mark of Horse-
shoe Cove; thence along said high water mark, (1) North 33 degrees 41
minutes 20 seconds West, 155. 76 feet and (2) North 44 degrees 09 minutes
30 seconds West, 97. 31 feet; thence North 83 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds
East, along land now or formerly of Myra B. R. Cornwell, 359 feet to the
westerly side of West Cove Road; and thence along the westerly side of West
Cove Road on the following tie Lines, (1) South 19 degrees 53 minutes 00
seconds East, 33. 76 feet, (2) South 11 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds East.
