THIS deed is given for the purpose of correcting errors in the

made by Angelina Pumillo to Frank Pumillo and Joseph Pumillo,
as tenants in common, executed, acknowledged and delivered on
the 7th day of December, 1962, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 5277 of deeds,
page 250, on the 11th day of December, 1962 .
THIS deed is further given for the purpose of correcting errors
in the description of the premises contained in a deed made by
`«- Angelina Pumillo to Joseph Pumillo executed, acknowledged and
delivered on the 7th day of December, 1962, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 5277,
of deeds, page 246, on the 11th day of December, 1962.
One of the grantors herein, to wit : Frank Pumillo, is also
executing, acknowledging and delivering this deed to the grantee,
Joseph Pumillo, for the expressed purpose of releasing and con-
veying all of his right, title and interest in and to any lands
that he may own or have any interest which are included in the
corrected description hereinabove set forth.
The grantee herein, to wit: Joseph Pumillo, is also executing
and acknowledging this deed for the expressed purpose of re-
leasing all of his right, title and interest, if any, in and to
•: ` 4" _ that portion or part of said right of way described in the fore-
going recorded deeds, which exceeds fifteen feet in width.
