PUBLIC NwJ~RING: Appeal Ho. ~1 - Application of UilliamH. Beebee of New

the Ordinance.

of public hearing and legal notices with affidavits from two local newspapers were
read by the Chairman.
Chairman: "Is there anyone present who would like to speak "for" this appeal?
~M. Tuthill: "Mr. Price, Mr. C~arrett and I are representing the Church.
wo-&ld like to have this go through so we can build on this addition."
Ohair~u: "Is there ~nything further either "for" or "against" this appeal?"
Mr. Garrett: "We would like to h~ve it come through. It is essential to main-
raining the 0hutch and for the necessary office space to carry on the work of the
Church."
M~. Price: "As the Church is set so far be,ck from the ~_~n Road, at least 50
feet, I feel that should be to an advantage in this case."
Board unanimously granted this special exception. Property is located on the
Main Road and Stillwater Avenue, Outchogue and the addition to the builAinE is to
be put on Stillwater Avenue. It was the feeling of the Board that strict application

of the Ordinance would produce u~due hardship as this is a corner lot and the extension
could only be put on the side of the building sad the side road was constructed s~fter
the building was erected and the variance does observe the spirit of the Ordinance
since the structure conforms to all existing rules and regulations.
