BETWEEN GEORGE A. CAMERER and HELEN A. CAMERER, his wife, both
residing at Mattituck, New York
party of the first part,and JOSEPH ZUHOSSI and ROSE ZUHOSKI, his wife, both
residing at North Road, Mattituck, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece orP�reel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate

folk and State of New York, known and designated Ss. Lot, No. TO on a

Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by Mary and Joseph Deer-
M koski, North Road, Mattituck, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl & Sons, Lic-
0 00 ensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York" , and filed in the Office
00 of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 25, 1960 as Map No. 3204,
which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:-

t BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Pat Lane which
said point is where the division line between lots 9 and 10 on the
above map intersects the said northeasterly side of Pat Lane; RUNNING
THENCE North 44 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds West along the Northeast-
erly side of Pat Lane, 147.91 feet to the division line between lots
10 and 11 on the above map; THENCE North 45 degrees 05 minutes 20

T TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

-�-I AND the party of the first part covenants that the part- of the first part las not done or suffered anything
J whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply

the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
3 any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
