YANNIOS, residing at 96 Washington Avenue, Garden City, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration Q paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs Rl or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, :with *he heildinps and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New Ydrk, (at the Hamlet of Cutchogue) bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the north side of Glen Court as laid out and designated on a certain map entitled, Map of Vista Bluff at Cutchogue, Town of ' Southold, Suffolk County, New York, which map is filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's I , Office on March 15, 1968 as Map #5060 at the southwest corner of lot number one + as shown on said map which is also the southeast corner of premises about to be r described: E ; thence fSom said point of beginning running along the Westerly side of Lot # 1 North 39 West 255 feet to the ordinary high water mark the Long Island - Sound; running thence Westerly along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island _ Sound 100 feet to the easterly line of 15. 22 foot strip as shown on said above mentioned map; running thence along the Easterly side of said 1x82 foot strip south 390 — East 255 feet to the northerly side of Glen Court; running thence North 60042'20" East along the northerly side of Glen = Court 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. Said above described premises being plot marked "Phoebe Vincent" as shown on the above mentioned map. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if ary, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and — reads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
