Number 1310, which said lot and part of lot are bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Old Salt Road distant
830 feet southerly from Bay Avenue; running thence northeasterly along
a curve having a radius of 38 feet the center of which lies to the left,
a distance of 25.69 feet; thence north 79 degrees 05 minutes east, a
distance of 84.39 feet to the westerly side of the Village Dock; thence
southeasterly on a curve having a radius of 140 feet the center of whioi
lies to the left a distance of 54.86 feet; thence north 79 degrees 05
minutes east, a distance of 23 feet; thence north 10 degrees 55 minutes
west, a distance of 20.5 feet to the southerly side of the Yacht Basin;
thence along southerly side of the Yacht Basin north 79 degrees 05
minutes east, a distance of 27 feet; thence south 10 degrees 55 minutes
east, a distance of 113.5 feet to the northerly side of Old Salt Road;
thence along the northerly northeasterly and easterly side of Old Salt
Road (1) South 79 degrees 05 minutes west, a distance of 79.5 feet;
(2) thence northerly along a curve having a radius of 95 feet the center
of which lies to the right, a distance of 149.23 feet (3) thence north
10 degrees 55 minutes west, a distance of 34.36 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the grantor of in am
to the roads in front of and adjoining said premises to the center line
of said roads.

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the grantors in and
to Lots No. 27 and No. 28 on Map of property of Lida Bartley Mattituck,
- L. I. which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerks Office on July
27, 1922 under number 770, as are included in the extension of Old Salt
Road from the north line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane
(sometimes called Rochelle Place) subject to a right of way of other
owners of numbered lots on the said map of Salt Lake Village, and
property to the north and west thereof, over the same and together with
a right of way over Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place)
to Bay Avenue.
TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress between said lots and
Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place) over the roads and
extensions on said map, and subject to the right of ingress and egress
granted, or that may hereafter be granted, to other owners of numbered
lots on said map, and together with a right of way ever the path as
shown on said map frmm Old Sale Road to Salt Lake Village Beach and to
the use of said beach in common with other lot owners for bathing and
boating.
TOGETHER with an easement to use The Commons, yacht basin the Village
Dock and Boat Landing and the two paths leading thereto from the flag
pole of circle, subject to the use of the same in common by any or
all owners of numbered lots shown on said map and others to whom the
same may be granted. -
The Grantor herein is the same person that received title together
with Irving Adam Schauf (now deceased) by deed dated May 28, 1952,
recorded June 5, 1952 in Liber 3361 cp 573 made by Mildred B. Webb.
