line of Bungalow Lane , said point of beginning being where the division
line between the premises herein to be described and land formerly of
Raynor Wickham, now or formerly of E. Armone , intersects said north-

running thence along said line of Bungalow Lane , North 52 degrees

Wooten; now or formerly of Spraner; thence along the southeasterly line
