DOLSON, residing at 27 Urban Drive, Selden, NY 11784 party of the second part, WITNESSETH that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by,the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York known and designated as lot no. 14 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Terry Waters at Bayview" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 12/29/58 as map no. 2901, said lot being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Rambler Road, said point being the division line between lots 14 and 15 on said map; THENCE from said point of beginning, along said division line south 17 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds east; 150 feet to a Boat Basin; THENCE along said Boat Basin, on the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 175 feet a distance of'61.09 feet to a point; THENCE north 37 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds west, 150 feet to the southerly side of Rambler Road; THENCE along the southerly side of Rambler Road on the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 325 feet a distance of, 113.45 feet to the point or place of BE&NV 41NG.
