BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the seller by Adele B. Posner by deed dated October 9 , 1969 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October. 16, 1969 in Liber 6641 of deeds at Page 94 thereof.
