THIS INDENTURE, made the day of nineteen hundred and seventy-one
BETWEEN JAMES H. BARRIE and CAT , his wife, residing at
711 Leonard Street, Brooklyn, County of Kings and State of New York,
party of the first part, and ARTHUR W. SAUER AND KATHERINE SAVER, his wife, residing
at 203 Thames Street, 'Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776,

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in= Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Property of George H. , William T. and D. T. Riley, Mattituck, New York,
said map certified by Daniel R. Young, P.E.L.S. Riverhead, 'N.Y. ,
March, 1924111, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on November 27th, 1928 as Map No. 186, Lot No. 15, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Riley Avenue, distant
325 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Riley Avenue and the easterly side of Bay Avenue,
said point of beginning also being where the division line between lot
15 and 16 on the above mentioned map intersects the southerly side of
Riley Avenue; running thence along the southerly side of Riley Avenue,
North 700 31' east, 75 feet to the division line between lot number 14
and lot number 15 on the above mentioned map; ruining thence along the
last mentioned division line, the following two courses and distances:
(1) South 19° 29' east, 225 feet; and (2) South 68* 40' east, 125
feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water line of the Creek;
running thence southerly along the ordinary high water line of the
Creek, as the same winds and turns to the division line between lot

15 and lot number 16 on the above mentioned map; running thence
along the last mentioned division line on the above mentioned map
the following two courses and distances: (1) North 68° 40' West, 200
feet, more or less; and (2) North 190 29' west, 225 feet to the

southerly side of Riley Avenue to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEGINNING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by
James H. Barrie and Catherine Barrie, his wife, to Arthur W. Sauer
' and Katherine Sauer, his wife, by deed dated March 22, 1969 and re-
corded April 21 1969 in Liber 6527 cp 455. This deed being given to
include meadowland on James Creek which was inadvertently omitted in
said deed dated March 22, 1969, recorded April 21 1969 in Liber 6527
cp 455.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements, if
any, of record. "
