THIS INDENTURE made the 21 day of December, 1970, between
ETHEL HELGANS, residing at 6 Woodchuck Lane, East Setauket, New York,
Q JOSEPH SCHILLINGER, residing at 22-33 Sixth Street, East Meadow, New York;

MARY M. SCHILLINGER, ROBERT J. SCHILLINGER and LOUIS A. SCHILLINGER,
all three residing at 169 VanSiclen Avnue, Brooklyn, New York; being

Brooklyn, New York, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship,
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar lawful
money of the United States paid by parties of the second part, do htreby remise, release
and quitclaim unto parties of the second part and their assigns forever, all of their
right, title and interest in and to the following two parcels of real property -
Parcel One - All that plot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situated at East New York in the Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings,
i1t City and State of New York, known and designated on a certain map entitled "Map A
of Eabt New York lots, surveyed by J. B. Bacon, April 1853", filed in the office of
the Registrar of the County of Kings on September 17, 1853 under Map file No. 179,
as and by the Lot No. 521 in Block P, which said lot is more particularly bounded and
described with reference fo said map as follows:
Beginning at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side
of Atlantic Avenue with the easterly side of VanSiclen Avenue; running thence
Southerly along the easterly side of VanSiclen Avenue, 100 feet 10 inches; thence
r Easterly of right angles to VanSiclen Avenue, 25 feet; thence Northerly, 109 feet
9 inches to a point on the southerly side of Atlantic Avenue distant 25 feet 0 1/4 inch
1 / easterly from the point or place of beginning measured along the southerly side of
Atlantic Avnue; and thence Westerly, along the said southerly side of Atlantic Avenue,
25 feet 0 1/4 inch to the point or place of beginning.
Being the same premises acquired by Louis F. Schillinger and M. Teresa Schillinger,
a daughter of said Louis F. Schillinger, by deed from Ella Goldberg dated 1/15/29,
recorded in the office of the Registrar of Kings County on 1/16/29, the said M. Teresa
Schillinger having died a resident of the County of Kings on November 13, 1941 intestate,
never married, survived by her father and mother, Louis F. Schillinger and Louise M.
Schillinger, as her sole distributees.
Parcel is Lot�1n Block 3962 in Section 13 of the Tax Map of County of Kings.
Parcel Two - All that plot or parcel of land at Fleet's Neck near Cutchogue,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Fleetwood Road distant
90.50 feet northerly from the point where the easterly line of Fleetwood Road is, inter-
sected by the northerly by land now or formerly of Woolley; running thence North
570 02' 50" East 4r1and 99/100 feet to highwater line4 East�Creek; thence northwesterly
along the highwater line of East Creek as it winds and turns, to land formerly of Bangert
or Schellinger; thence along said land South 420 23' West 24,2 and 15/100 feet to the
northerly side of Fleetwood Road; thence Easterly along the northerly side of Fleetwood
Road, 56 and 90/100 feet to an angle in said road; thence Southerly along the easterly
side of Fleetwood Road, 2 and 60/100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
And Beginning at a cement monument set in the easterly line or side of Fleetwood
Road at the northwest corner of land now or formerly of Grothwohl Crran, and running

thence in a northeasterly direction through a cement monument set at or near the top
of East Creek and distant 172.2 feet from the point of beginning, to East Creek; Again
starting at the point of beginning at the corner of land formerly of Grathwohl Curran,
and running Northwesterly along Fleetwood Road, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a
northeasterly direction a distance a distance of 150.6 feet to a monument set in the
top of the bank and distant 50 feet from the first course above described; thence
thence continuing along the same course to East Creek; thence Southerly along
East Creek to the end of the first course above described.
Being and intended to be the same premises, and this conveyance to include all
rights of way, easements, privileges and appurtenances therein set forth, as described
in deeds recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1142 cp 456 and Liber 1730
cp 370.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part in
and to any streets, roads or lanes abutting any of the above premises and in and to
East Creek. Together with all appurtenances and estate and rights of the parties of
the first part in and to said premises, and all the estate and rights of Louise M. Schillinger,
deceased, in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
And the parties of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenant
that they will receive the consideration for this conveyance as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of any improvement before using any part of the
same for any other purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have duly executed
this deed the day and year first above written.
