Being the same premises acquired by Louis F. Schillinger and
M. Teresa Schillinger , a dagghter of slid Louis F. Schillinger,
by deed from Ella Goldberg dated 1/15/7.9, recorded in office of
the Registrar of Kings County on 1/16/29, the said M. Teresa
Schillinger having died a resident of the County of Kings on
November 13 , 3.941inteatate. never married. survived bybher father
and mother, Louis F. Schillinger and Lozise M. Schillinger, as
her sole distributees.
Parcel is Lot 8 in Block 3962 in Section 13 of the Tax Map =
of the County of Kings.
Parcel Two- Allthhat plot or parcel of land at Fleet's Neck
near Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounddd and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Fleetwood Road
distant 90.50 feet northerly from the point where the eastrly _
line of Fleetwood Road is intersected by the northerly and
noir or formerly of Woolley; running thence North 57 02t5O" East -
262 and 99/100 feet to highwater lind bf East Creek; thence north-
westerly along the highwater line of East Creek as it winds and

erly direction through a cement monument set at or near the top
of East Creek and distant 172. 2 feet from the point of beginning,

ner of land of Grathwohl Curran, and running Northwesterly along
Fleetwood Road, a distance of 50 feet; thence in a northeasterly

Being and intended to be the same premises,and this conveyance

Together with allrright, title and interest, if any, of the party =
of the first part in and to any streets, roads or lanes abutting =
any of the above premises and in and to Fast dreek. Togeter with -
all appurtenances and estate and rights cf the party of the first
part in and to said premises, arW all the estate and rights of
Louise 1,1. Schillinger, deceased, in and to said premises. TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the pae4ies of the =_
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
And the party of the first part, on compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien `Law, covenant that they willreceive the consideration
for this conveyance as a trust, to be applied first for the purpose
of paying the cost of any improvement before using any part of
the same for anu other purpose.
