WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
One Dollar lawful money of the United States paid by parties of
the second part do hereby remise release and quitclaim unto parties
of the second part and their assigns forever, allof their right,

having died a resident of the Bounty of Kings on November 13, 1941 1

the Dien Law, covenant that they will receive the consideration for
this conveyance as a trust to be applied first for the purpose of
paying the cost of any improvement before using any part of the
same for any other purpose.
