•having died a resident of the 0ounty of Kings on November 13 1941
intestate , never married, survived by her father and mmther,. Louis
F. Schillinger and Louise M. Schillinger, as her sole distributees.
Parcel is Lot8 in Block 3962 in Section 13 of the Tax Iwiap of
the County of Kings.
Parcel Two- Allthat plot or parcel of land at Fleetts Neck near
Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Fleetwood Road
' distant 90.50 feet northerly from the point where the easterly line
of Fleetwood Road chs ontersected by the northerly lVI'land now or

99/100 feet to highwater line of East Creek; thence northwesterly

Being and intended to be the same premises-;and this conveyance
to include all rights of way, easements, privileges and appurten-
ances therein set forth, as described in deeds recorded in Suffolk

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets, roads or lanes abutting any
of the above premises aadein and__tedEast Creek. Togeter with all
appurtenances and estate and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises, and all the estate and rights -of Louise M.
Schillinger, deceased, in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto .the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever.
And the party of the first part,; on compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, covenant that they will receive the consideration for
this conveyance as a trust to be applied first for the purpose of
paying the cost of'any improvement before using any part of the
same for any other purpose.
