PUBLIC B~ARi~Gt Appeal No. 46 - Application of Alfred H. Goldsmith, agent

Acting Chairm-nt "Is there anyone present who wishes to speak "for" this
Appeal2"
Mr. Goldsmith~ uI dontt think there is anything I can add. I think the
application covers the situation."
Acting Chairman: wis there anyone present who wishes to speak "against" this
appeal? There being no response I believe the Board is prepared to m~ke a decision,e
Board unanimously granted the appeal as it was the feeling off the Board that
the variance gra~ted would not oha~ge the c~$racter of the district and does observe
the spirit of the Ordinance. It was their feeling that strict application of the
Ordinance would produce a u~ique and undue hardship.
