The floor framing under the existing bath was re-constructed due to termite damage and has been completed in accordance with New York State standards. Three (3) skylights have been installed between the existing roof rafters. Because the house has been finished,the interior framing can not be inspected. The work has been supporting the roof loads for seven (7)years without evidence of any failure. We can assume that the skylight framing should continue to support the expected loads.
