Avenue, 100 feat 10 inches; thence Easterly at right angles to

point on the southerly side of Atlantic Avenue distant 25 feet Okinch
easterly from the point or place of beginning meastred along the
southerly side of Atlantic Avenue; and thence Westerly along the

Being the same premises acquired by Louis F. Schillinger and
M. Teresa Schillinger, a daughter of said Louis F. Schillinger, by
deed from Illa Goldberg dated 1 15 29, recorded in the office of the
Registrar df Kings County on 1y69, the said Me Teresa Schillinger
having died a resident of the County of Kings on November 13, 1941 f
intestate, never married, survived by her father and mother, Louis
F. Sch1111n4pr and Louise Me Schillinger, as her sole distributees.

County of Kings.
