BETWEEN FRITZ PFUTZNER and ANNA PFUTZNER, his wife both residing at

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

County, State of New York, on a certain map entitled "Map of Nassau Farms,
p, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1935, known and
�nU1 designated as part of plot 124 as Map # 1179, bounded and described as follows:
I Beginning at a point on Horton Road 147. 72 feet In a Southerly direction
from the intersection of the Southerly side of Pine Tree Road and the westerly
side of Horton Road, thence in a Southerly direction along the westerly side of
Horton Road South 23' 50' East a distance of 75 feet to the lands of Bourguignan;
U� running thence In a general Westerly direction along the Northerly line of lands
.: gg� of said Bourguignan South 63' 13' 50" West a distance of 100 feet to the lands of
i n Graham; thence in a general Northerly direction along the said lands of Graham

Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by a

and recorded October 30, 1957, in liber 4384 page 268 in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County,

n TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
C roads- abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
%n and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
O HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

jAND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
