South 4° 36' 20" East 111.84 feet to land now or formerly of C. A.
King; running thence along said land South 65° 38 ' 50" West 213.52 ,
feet to the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek; running ,
thence along the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek on a
tie line, having a bearing of North 17° 30' 00" West for a distance
of 93.00 feetto land now or formerly of Liszka; running thence along

the easterly portion of the premises, more particularly bounded and
