BETWEEN GEORGE NACKOS and DEMETRA NACKOS, his Wife, both residing
at 20-34-37th Street, Astoria, Queens, New York, N.Y. 11105,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the partytof the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York known and described as Lot #6 to the extent of one—half
thereof, plus one—half of a five foot strip of Lot #5 on "Map of
+ Captain Kind Estates", filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Summit Drive, at
the Westerly corner of-.Lot 7 and the Southerly corner of Lot 6
as shown on map of Captain Kidd Estates filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office as Map #1672, from said point of beginning
running along said Westerly line on a curve to the left having

Westerly along said Summit Drive on a curve to the right, having
y a radius of 176.79 feet, a distance of 116.85 feet; thence
through Lot 5 as shown on said map North 29 degrees, 55 minutes,
20 seconds west for a distance of 200.0 feet; thence Northeasterly
