ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Office on May 10, 1940 under Map No. 1310, which said lot is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sailor's Needle (private)
where the division line between lot numbered 10 and lot no. 9 on the above
mentioned map intersects the southerly side of Sailor's Needle; Running
thence northeasterly along the southerly side of Sailor's Needle on the
arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 160. Ofeet, a distance
rn along said curve of 78. 61 feet to the division line between lot no. 10 and
n lot no. 11 as shown on the above mentioned map; Thence South 54"
(M 40' 50" East along said last mentioned division line 202. 68 feet to the
Yacht Basin; Running thence in a general southwesterly direction along the
Yacht Basin, 74 feet more or less; Running thence in a general north-
westerly direction still along the Yacht Basin 100 feet more or less to the
0 division line between lot no. 10 and lot no. 9 as shown on the above men-
tioned map; Thence North 26" 31' 50" West along said last mentioned
division line, 149. 0 feet to the southerly side of Sailor' s Needle, the

TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress between said lot. and
Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place) over the roads shown
on said "Map of Salt Lake Village" to a width of twenty (20) feet and the
extension of Old Salt Road to Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called
Rochelle.Plalce) and subject to the right of ingress and egress granted
or that may, hereafter be granted to other owners of property shown on
said 11�ap, and property to the North and West thereof-and together with
a right of way over the path as shown on said map from Old Salt
Road to Salt Lake Village Beach and to the use of said beach in common
with other lot owners for bathing and boating.
TOGETHER with right to use "The Commons", yacht basin, Village
Dock and Boat Landing, and the two paths leading thereto from the
flag pole circle, and subject to the use of "The Commons", yacht
basin, Village Dock and paths in common by any or all owners of num-
bered lots shown on said Map of Salt Lake Village and owners of
property to the North and West thereof to whom the same may be
granted.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the seller of, in
and to James Creek in front of or adjoining the premises above
described.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
seller herein by a deed from Elmer P. Thompson and Iris Thompson,
dated August 1, 1970, recorded in Liber 6786 cp 533 on August 6,
1970.
This conveyance is made subject to a certain first mortgage in the
reduced amount of $18,-760. 17 with interest at the rate of six per
cent per annum from September 10, 1971 made by Elmer P. Thompson
and Iris Thompson, his wife, to the Southold Savings Bank on March
30, 1968 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
5354 mp 229 on April 2, 1968 and extended by an extension agreement
made between the Southold Savings Bank to Elmer P. Thompson
and Iris Thompson, his wife, on June 10, 1968 and recorded in
y Liber 5395 mp 310 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 13, 1968.
