Residing at: 670 Centre Avenue, Lindenhurst, New York 11757,
party of the first part, and JOHN G. MC ALONAN, SR. and HENRIETTA J. MC ALONAN,
his wife, both residing at: 535 Langley Avenue, West Hempstead,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improveamts thereon erected, situate,
tying artdbeing totTdss at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
t° Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as Lot
} No. 2 and the Southerly portion of Lot No. 3 on a certain map en—
titled, "Map of Property of M. S. Hand, Cutchogue, L.I. , N.Y. ,
completed March 4, 1930; D. R. Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y, ",
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office September 18, 1930
as Map No. 730, being more pasticultarly b unded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of a 30 foot right of way
shown on the above described map, where the same is intersected by
the division line between Lots 1 and 2 on said map; thence North
11 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds West along the Easterly side of
said Right of Way, 75 feet to a concrete monument; thence North
62 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East, through a concrete monument,
264.80 feet to the average high water line of Eugenes Creek; thence
South 28 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds East, along the average high
water line of Eugenes Creek, along a tie line course, 70 .90 feet
to the division line between Lots 1 and 2 on the above described
map; thence South 62 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West along the
- last described division line, 287.24 feet to the Easterly side of
the aforesaid Right of Way at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part herein by deed dated March 4th 1968 of Rose
Gunther, also known as Rose Krucsek, recorded in the office of

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied firat for the 3urpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
