lying and being in the western part of the Village of Southold, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounde
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is the northeasterly corner of the
premises about to be described herein, which point is located on
the southerly side of Lower Road 956 .85 feet westerly from the
intersection of the southerly side of Lower Road and the westerly
side of Ackerly Pond Lane; from said point of beginning running
