EX12IFT THIS INDENTURE made in duplicate the 1st day of March
with office at 16 South Street, Greenport,
1971, between the Town of Southold' in the County of Suffolk and
State of New York, by a majority of its duly elected Trustees,and
in pursuance of Chapter 615 of the Laws of New York,passed in 1893
and in pursuance of a written resolution adopted by a majority of
the Board of Trustees of said Town of Southold at a meeting held
pursuant to notice duly given to all members thereof on the 1st
day of March , 1971, party of the first part, and ROSALIE

Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T H
That the party of the first part in consideration of the sum
of One and 00/100----------------------------------($1.00) Dollar
to said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby
grant,barga.in, sell and release unto the said party of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever,
1 ALL that piece or parcel of land situate at Mattituck, Tovm
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New Yorz, bounded and
described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of
Mattituck Creek as found in April, 1951 said point being
the following courses and distances from a monument mark-
ing the intersection of the southerly line of Knollwood
Lane with the westerly line of said Knollwood Lane ; (1)
South 18° 13 ' 00" East 40.0 feet, thence (2) South 43°
03 ' 40" West 239.86 feet; thence from said point of
beginning running South 64° 03 ' 50" West 103 feet, more
or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
irunning thence southerly along said ordinary high water
mark 99 feet more or less, to land of Delehanty; running
thence along said land, North 73° 14' East 19Q feet,
more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck
Creek, as found in 1951 ; running thence northwesterly
along said high water mark 140 feet, more or less, to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above mentioned and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
