westerly line of Stillwater Avenue; running thence along the westerly
lineof Stillwater Avenue, South 42 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds
East, 75 feet to land of Nichols Properties, Inc . , formerly of Henry
L. Fleet; unning thence along said last mentioned land and land of
Amos Kincaid, South 43 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West, 293.55

running thence along the easterly side of Fleet's Neck Road (Pequash
