Eckhardt Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the buildings at the above captioned premises. I was admitted to the dwelling by Ms. Eckhardt and Began the inspection at about 10:00 a.m. The dwelling is a two and one-half story wood frame structure constructed on a red brick masonry foundation. The exterior siding is brick veneer. The first floor contains a kitchen, living room that opens to an enclosed porch, a half bathroom off the front entry hallway and a side entry vestibule. The second floor contains four bedrooms and a full bathroom. Third floor contains two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a room used as a storage area. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired hot water furnace located in the cellar. The cellar has been petitioned, one section contains a laundry room. The cellar has an interior and exterior entry. Accessory buildings consist of a large wood framed Barn with a loft, and a wood storage shed. These units are located on the northerly side of the premises. The following violations of the Housing Code, Section 52 Code of the Town of Southold, New York, were found: Entries, front entry and vestibule - no means of controlling light at the point of entries. Article V, Section 52-56 B. 2. Gas cooking range - no shut off valve at unit. Article V, Section 52-52 B. 2. Half bathroom, inside - no window or mechanical means of ventilation. Article II, Section 52-56 B. 4 b. Bathroom, second floor - no moisture resistent floor covering. Article II, Section 52-26 A. 4. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in triplicate to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
