This non-conforming use may continue under 100-118. On the basis of information presented to the Building Inspector's Office, it has been determined that the above nonconforming /_/Land Building(s) /XIUse(s) existed on the effective date the present Building Zone Code of the Town of Southold, and may be continued pursuant to and subject to the appli- cable provisions of said Code. Building No. 3 is a long wood framed building used as the sleeping quarters for the labor force. Building No. 4, located north at the end of the property, is a small wood framed building used as the pump house. Rear of property, south to north, building no. 5 is a cement block building. This is a 3 family multiple residence. Building permit 38782 was issued May 9, 1968; C.0. 23346 was issued December 17, 1968, Board of Health approval by R. Villa. Building No. 6 is a wooden building used for storage. Building No. 7 is a cement block building used as the men's and women's restrooms and shower rooms. As many various repairs are needed for the above buildings, these buildings shall be non-habitable until repairs are made and they are reinspected by the Building Inspector. Curtis W.
