Town of Southold for the following reasons:
a labor camp is not allowed in a C-1 Zoned District, 100-90.
This non-conforming use may continue under 100-118.
On the basis of information presented to the Building Inspector's Office,
it has been determined that the above nonconforming /_/Land Building(s)
/XIUse(s) existed on the effective date the present Building Zone Code of the
Town of Southold, and may be continued pursuant to and subject to the appli-
cable provisions of said Code.
IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that, based upon information presented to
the Building Inspectors Office, the occupancy and use for which this Certifi-
cate is issued is as follows: Seven (7) buildings as follows : south
to north front row. Building no. 1 is a wood shingled building
used as a kitchen and recreation hall.

Attachment to Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy for
Eastern Suffolk Co-Operative, Inc., Pre-CO No. 211631
Building No. 2 is a cement block building used as a dwelling
for the manager and a commissary and office building.
Building No. 3 is a long wood framed building used as
the sleeping quarters for the labor force.
Building No. 4, located north at the end of the property,
is a small wood framed building used as the pump house.
Rear of property, south to north, building no. 5 is a
cement block building. This is a 3 family multiple residence.
Building permit 38782 was issued May 9, 1968; C.0. 23346 was
issued December 17, 1968, Board of Health approval by R. Villa.
Building No. 6 is a wooden building used for storage.
Building No. 7 is a cement block building used as the men's
and women's restrooms and shower rooms.
As many various repairs are needed for the above buildings,
these buildings shall be non-habitable until repairs are made
and they are reinspected by the Building Inspector.

Certificate of pre-existing use
That the undersigned do(es) hereby give consent to the Building Inspectors
of the Town of Southold to enter upon the above described property, ia~lsa~i~

deem necessary with respect to the aforesaid application, including inspections
to determine that said premises comply with all of the laws, ordinances, rules
and regulations of the Town of Southold.

knowledge and understanding that any information obtained in the conduct of
such inspections may be used as evidence in subsequent prosecutions for vio-
