THIS INDENTURE, made the 3rd day of April nineteen hundred and severity

said last mentioned land, the following three courses :

2) South 170 21 ' 10" East 113.22 feet to a monument; and
3) North 720 29' 50" East 47.49 feet to land now or formerly of
the Estate of Louis Dohm, deceased, conveyed or to be conveyed to
Rene Gendron and Jack Driscoll; and thence South 191 16' 10" East along
the last mentioned land 180.82 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING-
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises as conveyed by Henrietta
A. Tuthill to Francis C. Haupt and Sophie Haupt, his wife, by deed
dated November 12, 1943 and recorded August 23, 194-4 in Liber 2383
cp 405, and through death of Francis Haupt on June 21, 1945
