on said easterly line of Mayflower Road; thence along said line of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as devised under the
Will of Mary V. Quinn to Ann Quinn, which will was probated in Queens
County on January 29, 1968, said Mary V. Quinn having acquired title
from A. Reilly & Sons, Inc. by deed dated July 23, 1960 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on August 1, 1960 in Liber 4850 at
page 284.
