W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the party of the first part by deed, bearing date the 30th
day of June, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
on July 1, 1965, in Liber 5771, page 449, conveyed title in the
premises hereinafter described to the parties of the second part,
with a reservation to the party of the first part to the use of said
premises during his life:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10. 00) , lawful money of the United States, and other good and
valuable consideration, paid by the parties of the second part, and
to the intent and purpose that the said life estate shall be wholly
merged and extinguished, the party of the first part sloes hereby
grant, bargain, sell, surrender, and yield up to the parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk- and State
of New York, bounded westerly by Cutchogue Depot Lane; northerly,
easterly and southerly by land late of Elizabeth R. Brown, deceased,
being six (6) rods wide front and rear and thirteen (13) rods deep
on each side, and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deed
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 427 of deeds,
page 373 .

SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any.
