File #19, intersect same; said point being distant 789.13 feet westerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Mar
ratooka Road and the southerly side of Park Avenue; running thence aloe
the westerly line of Lot 6 aforesaid, South 110 25' East 645.00 feet ti
ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay; running thence along or-
dinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay in a northwesterly direct-
ion 288.02 feet to land of C. H. Wickham; running thence along said

January 30, 1961 and recorded February 3, 1961 in Liber 6111 op 88.
