TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to the land under water of Little Peconic
ilBay abutting said premises. Subject, however, to an easement over a
strip of land extending fifteen feet in width along andabove high
water mark which shall form part of a common roadway for the benefit
of all persons owning lands on said Nassau Point including the grantee
herein.
Subject to covenants, restrictions and conditions contained in
prior deeds of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Nassau
Point Club Properties, Inc. to Basil D'Emo by deed dated April 1, 1920
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 30, 1920 in
Liber 1001 cp 371.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Basil
D 'Emo and Constance D 'Emo, his wife, to Constance D'Emo Krug, by deed
dated December 10, 1943 and recorded in the- Suffolk County Clerk's
office on December 17, 1943 in Liber 2329, page 297.
