Bialeski and Stella V. Bialeski, his wife , ; on the north by Oregon
Road; on the east and on the north by land of Joseph Zuhoski ; on the
east by land of Ruthinowski and Charles E. Tuthill Estate; on the soutl
by land of Charles E. Tuthill Estate. Containing by estimation 44-3/4
acres.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by Stanisla
Deergoski to Kostanty Bialeski and Mary Bialeski, his wife, by deed
dated the 1st day of February, 1939 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on the 2nd day of February, 1939 in Liber 2026 of deeds
at page 313, and the same premises as conveyed by Eugene M. Tuthill and
Rosanna Tuthill, his wife, to Kostanty Bialeski and Mariana Bialeski,
his wife, by deed dated the 10th day of January, 1918 and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on the 12th day of January 1918 in Liber
960 of deeds at page 299, excepting said premises as contained in Deed
Liber 4087 page 476 and being the same premises of which Mary Bialeski,
a/k/a Mariana Bialeski, died seized and possessed on May 8, 1965•
