S. , Riverhead, New York, dated November 12th, 1930 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 22nd 1930 as and by the Map No. 539, said portion of Lot No. 21 being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the point where the easterly side of Hamilton Avenue intersects with the southerly side of Fleetwood Road, running thence along the southerly side of Fleet wood Road North 86 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East 19. 25 feet to a point; thence still along the southerly side of Fleet wood Road South 89 degrees 25 minutes 5q0�seconds East a distance of 59,.20 feet to a.p nt; "thence South $ degrees vs minutes �itl seconds East a distance of 1 e feet to the southern most point of Lot No. 21 as it appears on the above mentioned map, said point being coincidental with the southvadsterly corner of Lot 20 as it appears on the above mentioned map; thence along the easterly side of Hamilton Avenue North 32 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West at distance of 231.70 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed right of way, if any, over and upon Fleetwood Road and East Creek, together with the right and riviledge of using for bathing purposes that part of the beach at East Creek which lies easterly of a point marked by a Cedar bush growing on said beach. The right of way and the right to the use of said beach to be to the party of the second part and their grantees, successors, or assigns. The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in the deed dated and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 6608 cp 228. The premises described herein are intended to be the same premises as described in Liber 6608 cp 228.
