I' TOGETHER with an undivided one-tenth (1/10th) interest in two strips of land shown and designated as "Park" on the "Map of Bennett' s Pond" filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 12 , 1970, as Map No. 5483 . SUBJECT TO a maintenance charge not to exceed $10 .00 in any one calendar year for the upkeep of said park areas . TOGETHER WITH a right of way of ingress and egress and for public utility easements over proposed roads to and from the subject premises ^- Ias shown on the "Map of Bennett's Pond" filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 12 , 1970, as )slap No. 5483 , to Lt the nearest public highway. The party of the first part reserves the fee to said proposed roads for the purpose of their dedication to the Town of Southold as public highways. SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions of record.
