The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed. W-
by Franklyn J. Born and Colette Marie Born, his wife, as mortgagors,
to Suffolk County Federal Savings & Loan Association, as mortgagee, ", K_
which mortgage is dated March 9, 1964, recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4331, page 353, and on which _
mortgage there is now due the sum of $ 17,877. 10 with interest '`at the ,
rate of 6% per annum from July 1, 1971, and that the grantees.'he�reby M
assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part `
of the consideration for this conveyance .
