WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece ur parcel G111-and, with the b:!ildingc and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of ,outhhold,County of Suffolk and State of New
York,bounded and described as follows :

Then proceeding from such monument northerly alon the westerly
X line of Bridge Lane 397 feet to the southern border of the property
known and described as the Lally property;
Then in a general westerly direction along the Lally property
and continuing in such direction 666.57 feet to the easterly
E. boundary of the Simchick Lstate;
LL Then in a general southerly direction following along the easterly
border of the Simchick land for a distance of 405. 92 feet until
it touches the northern boundary of the NcGunni-le property;
Then running easterly along the northerly lines of the McGunnigle
and Pawluczyk properties 670.02 feet to a monument entitled 0.4W, the
point or place of beginning which is on the northeasterly extremity
of the Pawluczyk property and identified as 1ionurrent 0.414.
The aforementioned boundary lines enclose a parcel of land which

measures 6. 2084 acres according to a survey of all the land held by

0 New York. This survey was - completed by Van Tuyl and Son of Greenport,

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
p, the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indeniure so requires.
