ALFANO his wife, re- Q siding at 83-59 24T ree , -e rose, eenstew oY T 31426, ' d party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece orarcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beings at Mattituok, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, known and described as lot #19, in Block One, as shown on a cer- tain map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates", and filed in the Of- fice of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672 which said lot, according to said map is bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive distant 201.22 feet southwesterly from the extreme westerly end of a curve connecting the southwesterly side of Inlet Drive and the south- easterly side of Sound Beach Drive; running; thence South 38° East, 150 feet; thence South 52° West, 50 feet; thence North 380 West, 150 feet to the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive ; thence North 520 East along the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive, 50 feet to the point or place of BEGINNITrG. SUBJECT to covenantE; and restrictions of record affecting said premises.
