THIS INDENTURE, made the 7 day of nineteen hundred and seventy-two
BETWEEN ROSS H. WICK, residi6iraLt213 Belaire Terrace, Moorestown,
New Jersey, and EDGAR A. JAHN, residing at 344 Fifth Avenue, Pelham,
New York, the specific devisees under the Last Will and Testament of
OLIVE E. WICK, also known as OLIVE WICK, also known as OLIVE W. WICK,
deceased, who died testate March 10, 1971, late of Suffolk County,
party of the first part, and EDGAR A. JAHN, residing at 344 Fifth Avenue, Pelham,

situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGTNNING at a point in the northwesterly corner of the hereinafter described
premises, aaid point being situate the following 2 courses and distances when
measured easterly along the northerly side of "Miller's Right of Way" and
southerly across said "Miller's Right of Wav" from thecorner formed by the
intersection of the said northerly side of "Miller's Right of Way" with the
easterly side of Mill Road, ,as shown on Map of Jackson's handing at Mattituck,
filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 28th, 1969 as Map
No. 5280;
1) South 83 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East 402. 37 feet;
2 ) South 1 degree 25 minutes 20 seconds East 370. 12 feet to the point of
