THIS INDENTURE, Made the day of DECEMBER nineteen hundred and SEVENTY TWO
BETWEEN LFLAND M. HOGAN, presently residing at 28 Toby Drive,
Succasunna, New Jersey, and PATRICIA N, MILLER, formerly PATRICIA
N. KARDAR, now residing at U.S. Consulate, Madras, India,

Madras, India, each having an undivided one third interest. as tenants
in common and not as joint tenants.

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at`the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Meadow Lane, with the easterly side of Pine Tree Road; running
thence North 13 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, along the
easterly side of Pine Tree Road, 67.88 feet; thence North 87 degrees
01 minutes 20 seconds East 265 feet to Little Creeks thence along
Little Creek a tie line course and distance of South 1 degree 02
minutes 40 seconds East 66.71 feet to the northerly side of Meadow
Lane; and thence running South 87 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds
West along the northerly side of Meadow Lane 250 feet to the
corner, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO 13.E the same premises described in recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 8, 1969 in Liber
6618 cp 466.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises hereingranted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien taw, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sane for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
