Ruland North 85 degrees 36 minutes 40 seconds east 207.06 feet to a concrete monument in the Westerly line of land now or formerly of James A. Torrey; - Thence along the westerly line of said land now or formerly of James A. Torrey South 18 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds east 192. 35 feet to a stake in the north- erly line of Main Road; Thence along the northerly line of Main RoadNorth87 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds west 246.83 feet to the point or place of beginning. Grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in the deed dated c 2/17/71 recorded 4/14/71 in Liber 6914 cp 595. Subject to a first mortgage in the original sum of $15,000.00 made by the grantors as mortgagors to Southold Savings Bank as mortgagee, dated 4/13/71 and recorded 4/14/71 in Liber 6014 mp 296, which the grantee herein hereby assumes.
